鎌倉幕府成立後の1193年（建久4）に源頼朝の権勢を誇示する「富士の巻狩り」で、闇夜に紛れて兄・曽我十郎祐成（左端）と弟・五郎時致（中央）が父の仇の工藤祐経を討ち果たす。

In 1193 when Minamoto Yoritomo had a hunting game in the outskirt of Mt. Fuji, the Soga brothers took their revenge on Kudo Suketune. Actually, it was an incident late at night, but Hyakko painted it differently as the ema shows.
